
The Ramsey Chapel Hill is a student housing and apartment community located near the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. New ownership acquired the property as Ramshorn Apartments — an outdated brand with little market presence — and partnered with Redemptive Digital to fully reposition, rebrand, and relaunch the property ahead of a new leasing cycle.
At acquisition, the property lacked a modern identity, clear positioning, and any meaningful digital footprint. The name, branding, website, and absence of social media made it difficult to compete with newer student housing options and attract incoming UNC students.
The ownership group needed a complete transformation — fast — with a brand and digital strategy capable of driving applications for the upcoming school year.
We worked closely with ownership to rename and reposition the property, introducing The Ramsey Chapel Hill as a modern, elevated student living community. Our team led the full brand ideation process, including naming, logo design, messaging, brand assets, and visual systems.
From there, we launched a new conversion-focused website, established the property’s social media presence from the ground up, and built paid acquisition campaigns designed to drive qualified traffic and student applications ahead of peak leasing season.
